Researchers hope to learn why Ontario township’s water is among purest on earth

Springwater Township, Ont. – Scientists will be spending the next five years exploring why the township’s spring water is among the most pure water in the world. Through the Elmvale Groundwater Project, conducted by the University of Alberta, researchers will determine where the water comes from and how it travels through the soil.
