Alberta – Risks associated with groundwater and off-site contamination are considered low, an Alberta Utilities Commission report suggests regarding provincial renewable power plant projects such as solar and wind facilities. The report is the first of two that delves into Alberta’s burgeoning solar and wind power industry.
