Students return to university residence, but bacteria in water supply still present
Students vacated McMaster residence for five days to allow flushing and chlorination of water supply

Hamilton, Ont. – Students forced to temporarily relocate from their McMaster University residence due to poor water quality issues have returned, but bacteria still remains in part of the water supply. Affected students vacated the premises for five days while the water supply was flushed and chlorinated. The murky drinking water they had been experiencing led to illness and rashes.
