Unimpressive report card score awarded to conservation authority’s watershed
There is lots of room for improvement to turn around LTVCA score

Chatham, Ont. – The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority’s report card on its watershed leaves plenty of room for improvement. A mark of B was awarded for its groundwater quality while its surface water and forest conditions were given a D. Worst of all, its wetlands were given a failing grade.
