Water main break leaves university students without safe drinking water for several days
Students in residence couldn't bathe or flush toilets

Ottawa – A water main break last week across the street from a Carleton University residence left students without safe drinking water for several days, but the problem has since been rectified. Students living at the residence were not only unable to drink their water, but could neither bathe nor flush their toilets. Water was restored Friday, but was still unsafe to drink until Tuesday.
