Water testing in Nunavik, Que. communities at alarming low so far into 2024

Nunavik, Que. – Regular water testing in Nunavik’s communities has been slack so far in 2024, says the regional government’s public works director. Weekly physical and chemical tests of the water is mandated to be done, but only 79 per cent of the results were received within the first five weeks of the current year.
