Arthur, Ont. residents signing petition to demand improved local water quality

Arthur, Ont. – Fearing the impact of new growth and development in town, about 100 residents have signed a petition to demand improved water quality. The individual who launched the petition says for more than a decade, he’s dealt with dirty and discoloured water which has stained his clothes and damaged his appliances.
