Conservation authority’s report card of Niagara region’s water could be better

Pelham, Ont. – Upper Twelve Mile Creek has earned accolades for its groundwater and forest cover from the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. Despite the good news for the Pelham area, the report card for Niagara as a region wasn’t as rosy. It received a B grade for its groundwater quality and a D for its surface water quality.
