Arthur, Ont. – Testing at a new municipal well is showing promising results as the Township of Wellington North continues its search for a new drinking water source. Results suggest the well is potentially viable as a new water source. With more testing and lab analysis required, the cost to the municipality is expected to significantly exceed the $100,000 earmarked in last year’s capital budget. Costs are estimated at $175,000.
