Contaminant linked to cattle fertility issues found in prairie groundwater
Sulfolane is used to treat sour gas

Calgary – Researchers from the University of Guelph and University of Saskatchewan have found sulfolane in prairie groundwater and are tracking its spread. The compound that is used to treat sour gas is associated with fertility issues in cattle. Large plumes of the compound are particularly prominent in Alberta. CTV News report | READ MORE
