Development unhindered in Fernie, B.C. in spite of wastewater plant deficiencies

Fernie, B.C. – Although the city’s wastewater treatment plant and parts of its wastewater system are overwhelmed by population growth, failing infrastructure and other factors, it’s not getting in the way of new development.
