Health unit warns Oxford County residents about amounts of fluoride, sodium in water

Woodstock, Ont. – The local public health unit is reminding Oxford County residents that certain minerals found in the drinking water supply could pose health risks. Health officials are warning that fluoride exposure could lead to dental fluorosis in children seven years of age and younger while sodium ingested from water could impact those on sodium-restricted diets.
