Kelowna homeless encampment continues to have no access to drinking water

Kelowna, B.C. – Residents of Kelowna’s tent city have gone without drinking water for several months and may be forced to wait longer. City fountains are traditionally disabled in the fall to prevent pipes from freezing, but the spout at the homeless encampment has remained shut off due to alleged vandalism.
