Drought state of emergency enters fifth month in McBride

McBride, B.C. – Severe drought conditions in central British Columbia have led the Town of McBride to enter its fifth month under a state of emergency. The mayor says the town of 600 has barely sufficient drinking water available for its residents with no end in sight for the crisis.
