Deal approved for Saskatchewan to join Alberta, Manitoba in managing groundwater reserves

Saskatchewan – The provincial government has approved a deal with Alberta and Manitoba to manage groundwater reserves on the prairies. Proposed changes to the Master Agreement on Apportionment allows the Prairie Provinces Water Board to assess, monitor and potentially manage transborder aquifers.
