Groundwater levels in Manitoba making a turn following several years of drought
Province has had more precipitation this year

Manitoba – A reversal of fortunes in the province’s groundwater levels is happening following several years of drought or near-drought conditions. The agriculture industry has relied on fall rain and spring melt to get through a typical growing season. Higher amounts of precipitation this year have helped with groundwater recharge.
