June 14, 2017  By Administrator

Bay Shore Systems’ TR40-30/50 features adjustable width and height, ease of transport, and drilling depths from 30 to 80 feet.

The compact TR40 can be configured in several mast and kelly bar formats allowing you to use it for a variety of headroom conditions and drilling depths, the company’s website says.

With mast height from 12’11” to 18’5” and drilling depths from 30 to 80 feet (9 to 24 metres) It weighs at less than 60,000 pounds but has twice as much torque of earlier models at 40,000 ft-lbs. It is designed to be mounted on 15 to 35 ton excavators as narrow as 8’6” for easy one-load transport.

The first TR Series drill rig was manufactured in 2010. Since then, nine models have been developed but through product development, those have merged down to six. Each model is designed to address a unique drilling situation.
