Alberta – A state of water emergency could be declared in the province by next month as the worst drought in years continues. Alberta Minister of Environment and Protected Areas Rebecca Schulz said a better idea of what a state of emergency might look like is apt to come in April. For now, Alberta is at Stage 4 drought.
