Ontario town asked to conserve water use following massive fire at local auto shop

Meaford, Ont. – The municipality’s water system was shut down today following a massive fire which destroyed a local auto shop. As a result of the fire, residents have been asked to conserve water and use it only when necessary. Until further notice, residents are encouraged to avoid baths, washing their vehicles, watering their lawns and using their dishwashers and clothes washing machines.
