‘Train wreck’ developing as drought catches up with unlicensed B.C. water users

British Columbia – Drought conditions plaguing the province are taking their toll on those caught in British Columbia’s new rules regarding groundwater access to unlicensed water users. Unlicensed users, including commercial farmers, have had their groundwater use cut off after failing to meet the licensing application deadline set within the province’s new rules.
