U.S. to spend $5.8 billion to improve country’s drinking water and upgrade infrastructure

Washington – The U.S. government plans to spend $5.8 billion to upgrade ailing water infrastructure in every state to ensure safer drinking water systems. Vice-President Kamala Harris said every American has the right to clean drinking water, no matter where they live in the country or the amount of their income.
