Water experts say ongoing B.C. drought must bring about province-wide water metering
You can't manage something that can't be measured, minister says

British Columbia – Water experts suggest province-wide metering must be implemented as British Columbia anticipates another year of drought. Metering is the only way to properly account for water, says University of British Columbia’s Hans Schreier, a professor of land and water services.
