Alberta’s water-sharing agreement doesn’t go far enough, geophysicist says

Alberta – What’s being called the largest water-sharing agreement in the province’s history doesn’t go far enough, according to a geophysicist. The provincial government, however, says the agreement is the result of countless hours of negotiations and compromises.
