Victoria, B.C. – The Capital Regional District is emphasizing that “every drop counts” when it comes to water conservation. Climate projections suggest that the region is apt to experience longer and drier summers with the possibility of ongoing drought. Rain from the fall and winter seasons that fill drinking water reservoirs will need to last the entire year.
