B.C. village’s mayor requests consultation for proposed water bylaw in response to drought

McBride, B.C. – More public consultation has been requested by the village’s mayor for a proposed bylaw that encourages residents to conserve water. The bylaw has been drafted in response to drought conditions that have affected Dominion Creek’s flow. The creek is McBride’s sole source of drinking water.
