Free testing program finds dangerous levels of arsenic in 112 wells in NL
Hundreds more households could also be at risk, province suggests

Newfoundland and Labrador – Dangerous levels of arsenic have been found in more than 100 wells in the province, results from a free testing program have revealed. From slightly more than 1,000 test results, 112 wells contained arsenic levels that surpassed Health Canada’s limitations. The province suggests there may be hundreds more households in Newfoundland and Labrador drinking tainted water without knowing it. CBC News report | READ MORE
