Moncton taking no chances with possibility of cyanobacteria in water supply

Moncton – Tap water in Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview remains safe for now, the City of Moncton reports, but the possibility of toxins in a nearby reservoir has the municipality taking no chances. Cyanobacteria was discovered six years ago in the reservoir which prompted stepped-up research and upgrades that have cost millions of dollars.
