Storm sewer, groundwater system to benefit Welland-area residents with drainage issues

Welland, Ont. – Area residents are expected to benefit from a storm sewer and groundwater management system for Empire Communities’ Dain East development, a city councillor says. Water will be taken from storm management ponds and drained into the working Welland Canal located east of the development.
